Class Size
Each class is intentionally limited to a maximum of 15 students, ensuring a learning environment where every child receives personalized instruction, meaningful attention, and consistent support. Our small cohort model allows educators to truly understand each learner’s strengths, needs, and learning style—creating space for deeper relationships, individualized pacing, and authentic academic growth.

Curriculum / PedagogyOur learning philosophy is based on DuFour’s Learning by Doing and supported by Montessori and Reggio Emilia practices. We pair these child-centered approaches with strong core academics—reading, writing, math, and science—to support the whole child.
At The Academy by Teach to Reach, students learn at their own pace, advancing according to their strengths, readiness, and curiosity. We offer a full-day program for K–8 learners in small cohort pods (K–2, 3–5, and 6–8) to ensure individualized attention and meaningful learning experiences. Throughout the year, students also participate in hands-on S.T.E.A.M. learning at The Lab, where immersive projects in science, technology, engineering, art, and math encourage exploration, creativity, and critical thinking. Located in Los Angeles, we are committed to providing personalized, engaging education that helps every child grow with confidence. |
